The replacement and return: the customer has the right to return the product within 24 hours or exchange it within 48 hours from the time of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition and the carton has not been opened, with all accessories and the user manual present. To benefit from return, exchange, and warranty services, a receipt must be available. When wishing to exchange or return a product that is in its original condition and with all accessories and has not been opened or used in any way, the customer bears the shipping and delivery fees to the Nersem location. If the product to be exchanged is not available, the customer will be contacted to approve choosing another product of the same value or to refund the paid amount. In case of a return, your paid money will be refunded after receiving the product and inspecting it/them by our specialized staff at Nersem and confirming its safety, with the shipping cost deducted from the refunded amount. Products that have been opened will not be exchanged or returned unless a manufacturing defect is proven. If there is a promotional offer with your order, such as vinyl products, paper materials, or similar, and the order is returned, the customer is required to return the entire order with all promotional items unused, unopened, and in good condition to receive the full refund. If they are damaged or missing, their value will be deducted from the refunded amount. International shipping orders are not subject to return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect. The policies for exchange and return with digital products: digital product orders are final, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be canceled once completed. If digital products are included in a return request, the digital products will not be refunded, and their value will be deducted from the refunded amount. If there is a promotional offer with your order, such as digital products of various types, and you cancel or return the order, the digital product obtained in this order will not be refunded or exchanged, and its basic value will be deducted from the refunded amount. How is the paid amount refunded in case of order return? When Nersem approves the return of the product/products after purchase, the paid amount will be refunded to the same card/bank account used at the time of payment. For bank transfer customers: Nersem customer service will contact the customer to request the Al-Ahli bank account for the refund or any other bank account within Saudi Arabia. If the order is canceled after shipping or the customer refuses to receive the order or upon return: the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the customer is outside the country, shipping fees and any additional customs or tax fees, if any, will be deducted. Notes: the refund period for the paid amount to the customer ranges from 7 to 15 working days. Cash on delivery fees are non-refundable. If the customer cancels the order after it has been shipped, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
